Led by award-winning Chef Paula Rengger, our contemporary menu is created by our talented team with a strong focus on locally sourced produce. The menu changes seasonally, with Boydell’s wines forefront of mind, delivering a wonderfully harmonious experience.

Our sunny courtyard is the perfect spot for springtime dining, and the large open fireplace in the heart of the restaurant keeps us cosy in the winter months.

With its rustic wooden beams and corrugated iron, our unique restaurant nods to the colonial past. Charles Boydell’s journals tell us that he regularly made the voyage from Paterson to Morpeth via paddle steamer – we wanted to capture this authenticity to honour our namesake.

The Details

  • Open: Thursday to Saturday for lunch & dinner. We are trading our usual hours across Christmas and New Year.
  • Lunch: 12noon to 2pm
  • Dinner: from 6pm
  • Sunday: all day dining from 11am
