Boydell's Terms and Conditions

Our Obligations

Boydell’s will accept your order online for goods advertised on the website. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Boydell’s will process the order and payment and deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery terms stated below. Boydell’s wines are produced from grapes predominately grown in our own vineyard and from selected vineyards by our winemaker. We warrant the quality and technical integrity of the wines. While we make every effort to supply the goods ordered there will be occasions where some items are not available. In such cases, the buyer will be contacted and advised of delays or problems associated with their order.

Buyer Obligations

It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully choose the items they wish to purchase and place the order in accordance with the website instructions. Payment must be made by credit card. Personal details including name and address must be accurate. Any additional delivery costs incurred due to inaccurate or incomplete information will be the buyer’s account. The buyer will be required to give personal details in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The buyer should be aware of Boydell’s Returns Policy. Buyers must be 18 years of age. See details below.

Legal Age

It is illegal to sell wine to a person under 18 years. If you purchase wine online you warrant that you are over 18 years of age. Our delivery agent is authorised to obtain a signature from the person receiving the goods that they are over 18 years of age.

Delivery

All deliveries are made by Australia Post or Toll IPEC delivery service and can be made to street addresses or post office box numbers. We attempt to process orders in two days and in most cases deliveries are made within five working days. Boydell’s is not responsible for delays incurred by Australia Post, Toll IPEC or its agents.

Miscellaneous

Boydell’s reserves the right to refuse any order if it has concerns regarding legal age, responsible service of alcohol, dry area policy or any other reason.
